Brendale new warehouse facility
300 South pine road large office and storage facility. Comprising of lower ground showrooms, 1st floor offices and large warehouse. We have been responsible for dealing with the Energex padmount incoming consumers mains, MSB all submains to local distribution boards, Data telecommunications, security, CCTV, PA and fire using speciality subbies. Job due to complete August 2023.
Coomera Innovation Centre – Coomera Anglican College
Is a large Anglican school based on the gold coast, this comprises of an innovation centre of 4 story’s which accommodates 2 theatres within the CIC. A sub floor and ground and first floor. Large project running from 18months after breaking ground for conduits we are involved in Energex new MSB, consumers mains through the existing school and adding on to the reticulation within the school. Change overs from some existing buildings to the new MSB’s. we are responsible for electrical components, Data telecommunications, Security CCTV and Audio Visual wiring.

Warrigal Road State School
This project was a new extension block to the existing school, comprising of an Energex padmount transformer upgrade. We installed consumer mains, new site mains switchboard, submains to the 3 story extension block, installing the electrical, Lighting and emergency lighting, Audio Visual, PA, Security and the data telecommunications components of the project which was completed in March 2021.
Dharma Temple
This project was carried out over several stages, done in the Gold Coast hinterland. Comprised first of a Buddhist style temple which required submains and feeds up through the property taking care of the environment under local requirements from the council. Stage 2 was to carry out a large undercover walkway with automatic lighting which took it down from the temple to the carpark, which consisted of a carpark installation. Stage 3 consisted of a large dining /meeting hall which comprised of three levels with all the electrical, communications, audio visual installation and specialist lighting was installed within that project.
Ormiston Retirement Village
Ormiston retirement Village is a stand alone community centre coming off the existing infrastructure. We installed a two level building which comprised of a large underground carpark and facilities for hairdressers and social events. 1st level comprised of large open planned areas and dining facilities. In this project we were responsible for all the electrical and power, lighting, emergency lighting, data telecommunications, audio visual and security.
Moreton Bay College
This project included 3 stages. Early Learning, Prep and Pre prep buildings. This comprised of installing new submains from the main switchboard. These were single story buildings in which we carried out all Electrical work, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Data Telecommunications, Security, CCTV and PA.
